David's Birthday
We celebrated David's 61st birthday last Saturday, at Amy's house and what fun we had! David sat in a lawn chair and "watched" as Matt took the helm as GRILL MASTER! He cooked hotdogs and hamburgers, and boy were they delicious! After eating, the cake Julia helped bake, and then decorated by herself, was served! She and little brother, Sam, helped G-daddy blow out the candles then we devoured this delicious delight! Of course, as you can see, Sam was concentrating on his fingers as he wondered what that "thing" was, and what we would do with it! After eating, we all headed for the Hoover Met where we watched the Birmingham Barrons baseball team defeat the Mobile Bay Bears! We had such fun, and the rain held off until the last minute. We had such fun and we're looking forward to many more fun celebrations as our family gears up for the "birthday season" that includes Amy, Pam, Alyssa and my birthday.
